Concession pricing for registered nonprofits
Every tier carries a reduced rate for registered nonprofits, public charitable trusts, registered societies and Section 8 companies, applied once we have seen your registration. Tell us your registration type on the signup form and the concession is applied before your first invoice, not after an appeal process.
Current rate card
Rates are quoted against your record count and registration status, which is the only way the concession can be applied honestly. Sign up or write to us and you get the figure for your organisation, in writing, before anything is charged.

Questions we are actually asked
Migration, integrations and terms.
The three things that decide whether a nonprofit can adopt a CRM at all.
Registered nonprofits, trusts, societies and Section 8 companies get concession pricing on every tier, applied once we have seen your registration documents. Organisations under the Community record cap that are running entirely on volunteer labour should tell us that in the signup form, because we would rather have you on the product than have you priced out of it.
The concession is applied to the subscription, not to a stripped-down version of the product. You get the same tier at a different price rather than a different tier at a discount.
What we do not do
We do not run a per-email or per-transaction fee, we do not charge for a data export, and we do not put support behind a paywall on the smallest tier. If a question about your own donor file is urgent, it is urgent regardless of what you pay us.
The cheapest CRM is the one your team actually uses in the third month.
Which is decided by the migration, not by the rate card.
